Our Story

Langman Winery and Restaurant was founded by Jim and Susan Langman, whose love for amazing wine, great food, and meaningful connection inspired everything we do today. What began as their family vineyard in the Sierra Foothills of California’s Fair Play Wine Region has grown into a full dining and tasting experience now shared here in Centerton, Arkansas.

Our estate vineyard in Fair Play is surrounded by rolling hills, granite-rich soils, and the clear mountain air that define the region’s distinctive wines. The unique climate and terrain allow us to produce handcrafted, additive-free wines that reflect generations of Italian winemaking tradition and a shared passion for creating something truly special.

Every bottle we pour begins its story on our California estate, where each grape is carefully cultivated, hand-harvested, and crafted with care. Each wine is named in honor of someone meaningful to the Langman family and community — people whose stories, character, and spirit continue to inspire what we create. From vineyard to glass, every pour carries a name and a legacy worth celebrating.

At our Centerton restaurant, we’ve created a space that brings that legacy to life. Our chef works closely with Jim and Sue to craft a menu that complements the depth and personality of each wine, creating pairings that bring out the best in both.

From intimate tastings to dinners shared with friends, every visit celebrates the connection between vineyard and table. We invite you to slow down, savor the craftsmanship in every sip, and share in the story that began in the vineyards of California and continues here at Langman Winery & Restaurant in Centerton.

We hope you enjoy.
